New COVID-19 Protocols, Effective June 9, 2020
We are beyond excited to be moving forward with events this season and are committed to making your wedding day both safe and amazing. As with all of your vendors, there are some new protocols that we would like to share with you.
Myself and the majority of my team are all past our 2nd shot of the vaccine and plan on keeping ahead of any new requirements there may be for us to participate in your day.
In this ever changing time, we will stay informed and remain in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
We offer a level of service where no meeting is required, virtual meetings, and in person meetings currently have both indoor, socially distant and outdoor options.
Payment options have been expanded for those who prefer no contact.
If any of our officiants exhibit fever or any other sign of illness, they will be immediately replaced with a fully qualified and healthy team member, from a separate household, who will be prepared to deliver everything as agreed upon.
We will be wearing a mask at all times when maintaining a distance of 6 feet or more may not be possible.
If we are positioned 6 feet or more from you during an outdoor ceremony, it is your choice to have us remove our mask or leave it in place for the duration of the ceremony.
After securing the license, if space is limited we are happy to wait in our car until needed, or to stay with you.
We will provide hand sanitizer and/or antibacterial wipes for use during the signing of the marriage license.
Signatures will be gathered one at a time, while maintaining social distancing protocols.
We all carry and can use our own PA system. So there is no need to share a microphone.
A scan of the marriage license and tracking information will be emailed after the license has been brought to the Post Office.
As guidelines change, please expect open communication before and after every event. We will be asking if there are any special requests or concerns you may have. We want to hear if anyone were are interacting with is more vulnerable and what they are comfortable with.
Looking forward to safely creating moments of a lifetime with you!
Yours in faith,
Rev. Marie April Gismondi
